I know, I know, I know!!!
I have so much updating to do. We did finally get our laptop back so I can upload tons of pictures.
I have been running and let me tell you I would have never considered myself a runner. I would get soooo tired. I decided that I just need to keep doing and it would get easier. It has been so much easier. It is now like a drug to me. I can't get enough. Crazy I know!!!! This morning I ran 3 miles! Yes 3 miles! Sunday I ran 3.5 miles (with Lyric). This week I will reach the 4 mile mark!!! Just in case you are wondering I do run the whole way without stopping. Who would have thought? I guess I need to work up to a half marathon.

David runs every Monday with work. This morning the group of them ran 2 miles, but he had to keep going to run at least 4. He couldn't let his wife out run him! LOL.

Bega (my Dad) broke his ankle a few weeks ago on his Harley trip out to DC. He had surgery and is off work for at least 6 weeks. He is coming today to visit with my niece Alana. Oh I can't wait to hug her!!!!!! I will try to have the camera in hand to capture lots of pictures. I sure will miss Colton:(

I will get better at posting again. I promise.

How much weight have you lost so far? You are doing really good. The runner that helps train Gabe says that running for 8 minutes and walking for 2 is a great way to go and that's the secret to going longer. He says it's enough of a refresher for your legs to go longer... Anyway, Gabe also said good job!! He wants to know how long you run your 3 or 4 miles in.

Well..... I find if I stop it is harder to run longer so I won't let myself stop. If I keep running past that tired point then I get a "second wind". I feel it is harder to stop. Although I have to say at first I did have to stop a lot sooner. I also sprint at about the last .1 mile.

I just got a new watch to time my runs so yesterday was the first time with my new watch. When I was done it said 31. I thought my timer got bumped and it started over and it said 31 seconds, but then when I looked at it later in the day I think it was the minutes. I will start posting my time with the distance. I want to be able to look back on it myself.

Oh I hope I do between 3.5 and 4 tomorrow.
