She is 10. I don't know when the right time is either, but I couldn't stand it any longer to look at all the hair. They were soooo hairy!!!!! I did only shave past her knees and then she put on shorts yesterday and realized I should have gone higher. Oh well, this is a learning experience for me as well.

How old is she? My daughter is nine and her legs are super hairy and she keeps bugging me about shaving them, but I don't know when it's time?
